	Scott Horsfall Chief Executive Officer Scott provides vision and direction for the LGMA. Scott has over twenty years of experience in the agricultural industry including leadership roles for California Grown, the California Kiwifruit Commission and the California Table Grape Commission.
	April Ward Communications Director April implements LGMA’s marketing communications and member relation efforts. She comes to the organization with five years of marketing experience and specializes in building brand identity.
	Mike Villaneva Technical Director Mike manages the LGMA's handler/grower technical outreach, food safety research, and data analysis. He comes to the organization with over twenty years experience in the public and private agriculture sectors working with food safety training and regulatory inspections.
	Jonathan Field Compliance Officer Jon has been instrumental in establishing and expanding LGMA’s audit program. Jon also has an impressive resume from the agricultural industry which includes twenty years with the California Tree Fruit Agreement, fourteen of those years as CEO.
